About the Role
As a Care Assistant, you’ll support clients in their own homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Your duties will include:
- Supporting with personal care and daily routines
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with meals and medication prompts
- Helping clients remain safe and comfortable at home
Pay Structure
- £14.20 on weekends
- Rising to £20.55 on bank holidays
Shift Patterns
- 8:00am – 10:00pm (Shorter shifts available within these times)
- Flexible shifts available (mornings, evenings)
- Optional waking or sleeping night shifts available

What We’re Looking For
- Caring, patient, and dependable individuals
- Some care experience preferred (including unpaid family care)
- Must live in or near Gloucester
- Full UK driving licence & access to a vehicle (essential)
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
- Availability for mornings, evenings, and/or weekends
