Your Role (Early Years Practitioner / Nursery Practitioner)
- Support children’s development through engaging, play-based learning
- Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment
- Build strong relationships with children and parents
- Follow EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures
- Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team
What We’re Looking For
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification
- Experience in a nursery, preschool or childcare setting (preferred)
- Good understanding of EYFS and safeguarding
- A kind, positive and proactive approach
- Someone who values teamwork and a supportive culture
