We’re looking for a warm, confident and people-focused Client Relationship Ambassador to be the first voice of our firm. This is a key role in shaping how clients experience us from the very first enquiry.
You’ll do far more than answer calls - you’ll build trust, reassure people, and help guide them through the first step of their legal journey. Every conversation matters, and you’ll play a vital part in helping prospective clients feel supported, understood, and confident in choosing our firm.
What you’ll be doing
- Being the first point of contact for new client enquiries
- Answering inbound calls in a professional, friendly and reassuring way
- Making follow-up calls to prospective clients
- Building rapport and trust with enquirers
- Understanding client needs and directing them to the right legal team
- Keeping clients updated during the early stages of their journey
- Helping convert enquiries into instructions through excellent service
- Representing the firm’s values in every interaction
About you
We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys speaking with people and delivering great service.
You will be:
- A confident and friendly communicator
- Empathetic, patient and reassuring
- Comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the day
- Organised and reliable
- Motivated by helping people and making a difference
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, estate agency, recruitment or contact centres is helpful - but attitude and personality matter most.
Working Hours - Monday to Friday 9am to 5.15pm with 1 hour lunch (36.25 hours per week)
Pay: £25,000.00 per year
