This position is for a PCN Appeals Officer who will mainly be responsible for processing School Street Representations (contravention code 53). This candidate must have:
- Knowledge of parking legislation
- Experience of processing representations and appeals
- Experience of meeting targets both qualitative and quantitative
- Proven ability to manage and prioritise with minimal intervention, a demanding personal workload
- Proven ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in plain writing
- Proven ability to make sound and appropriate decisions that adhere to the current legislation
