Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert mortgage advice tailored to individual client needs.
- Work closely with estate agency teams to maximise lead potential.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Keep up to date with mortgage products, legislation, and industry developments.
- Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations and Consumer Duty guidelines.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fully CeMAP Qualified (or equivalent).
- Previous experience in a mortgage advisory role.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Understanding of estate agency is beneficial but not essential.
- Professional, ethical, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Right to work in the UK.
