Job Title: Games Host / Interactive Games Master
Location: Sixes, London Bridge or Toca Social, White City.
Working Hours
Thursday & Friday evenings (Potentially Wednesday)
Saturday (daytime and evening)
Sundays (TBC on venue)
About the Role
We are looking for energetic and engaging Games Hosts / Interactive Games Master to run an exciting new interactive pub game experience. This role places you at the heart of the action, encouraging customers to participate in a series of fun competitive games with the chance to win a huge cash prize.
Players enter by scanning a QR code payment system , after which you’ll guide them through up to three games including:
- Beer Pong
- Shuffleboard
- Darts
You’ll create a lively atmosphere, explain the rules, manage gameplay, and ensure every customer has an unforgettable experience.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, interacting with people, and creating a high-energy environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers in the venue, encouraging them to participate in the game experience
- Explain how the QR code payment system works and help players enter the game
- Host and oversee gameplay across Beer Pong, Shuffleboard and Darts
- Ensure games are run fairly, safely and in line with company guidelines
- Create a fun, lively atmosphere that encourages repeat play
- Work independently while coordinating with the venue bar team and central HQ support
- Manage queues and player flow during busy periods
- Handle customer queries and resolve any issues or disputes professionally
- Maintain equipment and ensure game areas are clean, organised and ready for play
- Achieve player participation targets, with performance bonuses available for hitting shift targets - Up to £2 per attempt, with 20 attempts possible per hour (Up to £40 per hour)
