Farmer Ted’s Adventure Farm is one of the North West’s leading family attractions and home to Farmageddon, one of the UK’s largest and most recognised Halloween events.
We’re looking for a creative, organised and proactive Marketing Executive to support the delivery of the marketing plans for both Farmer Ted’s Adventure Farm and Farmageddon. Reporting to the Group Head of Marketing, you’ll play an important role in delivering campaigns, creating engaging content, managing digital channels and ensuring both brands are represented consistently across every customer touchpoint.
Based on-site at Farmer Ted’s, you’ll work closely with the General Manager and operational teams while also being part of the wider Escapade Group Marketing team. You’ll be the on-site marketing representative, helping to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively, marketing materials remain up to date and both brands are presented consistently across the attraction.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is happy managing a varied workload and is confident working independently while collaborating with colleagues across the wider business.
Working as part of the Group Marketing team, you’ll support the delivery of the annual marketing plans for Farmer Ted’s Adventure Farm and Farmageddon.
You’ll create engaging content, coordinate marketing activity, maintain websites and digital channels, manage on-site marketing materials and work closely with operational teams to help deliver an excellent visitor experience.
- Support the delivery of the annual marketing plans for Farmer Ted’s Adventure Farm and Farmageddon.
- Deliver marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels in line with agreed plans.
- Monitor campaign performance and share insights with the Group Head of Marketing.
- Assist with promotional activity to support visitor numbers and commercial objectives.
- Work closely with the wider Group Marketing team to ensure campaigns are delivered consistently.
- Capture high-quality photography and video content across the attraction.
- Edit engaging video content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and the Farmer Ted’s website.
- Create content showcasing the attraction throughout the year, including seasonal events, animals, guest experiences and behind-the-scenes activity.
- Work with the Group Marketing team to develop creative assets where required.
- Manage and maintain the Farmer Ted’s and Farmageddon websites.
- Keep website content accurate and up to date, including FAQs, pricing, opening times and visitor information.
- Upload new pages, blogs, landing pages and promotional content.
- Work with external developers where required and identify opportunities to improve the customer journey.
- Coordinate marketing activity for Farmageddon, working alongside the Group Head of Marketing and operational teams.
- Assist with coordinating campaign timelines, creative assets, website updates, social media content and promotional materials.
- Support the delivery of marketing campaigns for Easter, Summer, Christmas and other key trading periods.
- Help coordinate media visits, influencer activity and promotional opportunities where appropriate.
- Help maintain consistent branding across Farmer Ted’s and Farmageddon.
- Manage on-site marketing assets, signage and customer-facing promotional materials.
- Ensure marketing materials remain accurate, relevant and professionally presented.
- Coordinate the production and installation of marketing materials with suppliers and operational teams.
- Work closely with the General Manager and operational teams to support business priorities.
- Provide marketing support for operational initiatives and events as required.
- Assist during key trading periods and major events where additional support is needed.
- Ensure marketing activity reflects the visitor experience and operational delivery.
- Build relationships with local businesses, schools, tourism organisations and community groups.
- Coordinate local marketing opportunities and partnerships.
- Support PR activity, influencer visits and media opportunities.
- Maintain an organised library of photography, video, artwork and marketing assets.
- Coordinate marketing schedules and campaign activity.
- Arrange print production and liaise with external suppliers.
- Ensure marketing files and assets are well organised and accessible.

- Strong photography, videography and video editing skills.
- Experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar editing software.
- Experience managing website content using a CMS.
- Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Experience working within attractions, leisure, tourism or hospitality.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and email marketing platforms.
- Basic understanding of SEO.
- Experience working with designers, photographers or marketing agencies.
- Experience supporting the delivery of large-scale events.
