Acqua Garden is an online plants and garden products company, selling a range of premium plants and other garden products. A young and fast growing business, we are growing quickly and building our brand. We have a lovely working environment, working as part of a team.
The role involves packing plants and other garden products, as well as working with plants, as required (potting up, watering, feeding and so on). Prior packing experience is desirable but not essential. Rather, the ability to learn quickly and work efficiently are paramount.
Based at Warmington near Banbury (ten minute drive), so own transport will be required, and ideally living in Banbury or close by. We have a commercial greenhouse where the plants are kept and where we pack them, surrounded by beautiful countryside.
An interest in plants, nature and the environment would also be welcomed. Working around plants all day is pretty wonderful, therapeutic and fun too!
We provide full training, so no prior experience with plants is required. Can be either full or part time, with promotion opportunities for the right candidates.
After an initial period, a full employment contract would be offered, with an annual salary, bonus, pension and participation in the Company's share incentive scheme.
