Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning and high standards of service.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets through effective coaching and performance management.
- Manage merchandising displays to optimise product presentation and maximise sales opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs with professionalism and personalised attention.
- Organise staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours while maintaining efficient time management.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of team members to foster a cohesive and professional work environment.
- Maintain administrative records, including stock levels, sales reports, and staff attendance logs with organisational precision.
- Uphold brand standards in visual presentation, store cleanliness, and overall ambience to reflect the luxury image of the brand.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members via phone or face-to-face, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
Experience
- Proven management or supervisory experience within luxury retail or high-end fashion environments.
- Demonstrable track record in retail management, sales management, or team leadership roles.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly advantageous for engaging diverse clientele.
- Experience in merchandising, visual presentation, and administrative tasks relevant to retail operations.
- Leadership qualities with a focus on motivating teams and fostering a positive working environment.

Pay: £24,420.00-£40,508.77 per year
