New Directions Education are currently recruiting enthusiastic and adaptable Primary Teachers seeking part-time opportunities in schools across Knutsford. This role is ideal for teachers looking for flexibility while continuing to make a positive impact on children’s learning and development.

- Delivering engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, KS1, and/or KS2
- Providing high-quality teaching for planned absences, PPA cover, and longer-term assignments
- Creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
- Supporting pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
- Adapting teaching to meet the needs of all learners
- Assessing pupil progress and providing feedback where required
- Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and school staff
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching within a primary school setting
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- The flexibility and confidence to work across different year groups
- A proactive and professional approach to teaching
- A strong understanding of safeguarding and the primary curriculum
- A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
- A full driving licence and access to transport (desirable)
