Key responsibilities of the Breakfast Chef will include:
- To be responsible for the mis-en-place for the Breakfast Section
- To be responsible for breakfast production and service
- To assist the Head Chef with ordering requirements
- To maintain a high standard of Kitchen cleanliness and hygiene practice
- Maintain positive working relationships with the rest of the team and other colleagues
- To show willingness to take on additional responsibilities when necessary
The Ideal Breakfast Chef:
- Experience of working as a Breakfast Chef within a 4* / 5* hotel
- Able to work in a flexible and motivated manner
- Excellent organisation and time management skills and the ability to use own initiative
- Has a positive, can-do attitude and must be reliable
- Strong communication skills
- Enjoys working within a fast-paced environment and is competent in multi-tasking
