Si-Serve specializes in turnkey solutions, including:
- Supply of specialist personnel and proprietary equipment
- Filter refurbishment works
- Media removal, recycling, disposal, supply, and installation

Job Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated Company Trainee to join our team. This role is primarily focused on Si-Serve operations, with additional responsibilities supporting other departments within the group. It’s perfect for someone eager to learn, gain hands-on experience, and build a long-term career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with Si-Serve projects, including preparation and dispatch of specialist equipment
- Support water treatment site operations and learn about proprietary suction and induction systems
- General office-based assistance (filing, processing paperwork, administration duties)
- Packing and preparing contract equipment for dispatch (manual work)
- Visiting customer sites to assist with tasks and equipment (manual work)
- Organising and maintaining a clean and safe stores department
- Liaising with all members of the company and reacting to instructions from Operations/Technical departments
- Handling internal and external emails
- Checking records and orders accurately and efficiently
- Inputting data onto the company’s software systems
- Supporting various departments daily, including technical, sales, and operations
- Getting involved with all five group companies: Dickerman Overseas Contracting Co Ltd, ISS, Si-Serve, Si-Jet, and ADV
- Providing general support at our head office or other external venues as required
- Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance skills
You must have/be:
- Fully proficient in Microsoft Office packages
- A full driving licence
- A confident telephone manner with a can-do attitude
- Able to work on your own initiative

Salary: Dependent on age and experience
Pay: Up to £25,000.00 per year
