Summary
We are seeking an already experienced Field Supervisor or a Senior carer looking for a new challenge to join Blossom Home Care in the Malton / Pickering / Ryedale District areas. Based in the local community, you will play a vital role in overseeing our care teams and ensuring the delivery of exceptional, personalised care that aligns with our mission of holistic wellbeing.
This role will be partially Office Based and partially out in the care field. You will be required to work alternate weekends. (40 hours a week)
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support care staff to ensure high standards of service delivery.
- Attend care calls for our clients in their own homes.
- Coordinate daily operations within the assigned region.
- Foster strong communication between clients, families, and care teams.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members.
- Monitor service quality and implement improvements.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
- Qualifications
- Experience in home care or similar setting.
- Leadership and communication skills.
- Valid driving license is essential.
- Experience with care plans and elderly support is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards relevant to home care.
- Proficiency in IT systems used for documentation and communication.
