An exciting opportunity working with KICK a Christian Charity delivering mentoring and behaviour support to young people both one-on-one and within a group context. The Behaviour Mentor will be passionate about embedding values within each session and be committed to our mission, to transform young people's lives with Gods love, through sport and mentoring support.
The role can be either part time (2 days) or full time.
APPLICANTS WILL:
- Be a committed Christian who is excited by the mission of KICK to, “Transform young people’s lives, with God’s love, through sport and support”.
- Be passionate about delivering support of high quality.
- Engage well with children and young people with the ability to inspire and motivate.
Knowledge and qualifications:
- Knowledge of Safeguarding Children issues.
- Knowledge of engaging young people who are struggling with school.
- Awareness of Health and Safety issues.
- Knowledge of behaviour management strategies.
