Customer / Client Services Administrator
Location : Orpington
Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 DOE
Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm (office-based)
PSM Recruitment are working with a fast-growing, data-driven communications services company who are looking to recruit a Customer Service / Client Services Administrator to join their friendly and collaborative team. This is an opportunity within the Client Services team, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy office environment, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting a range of administrative tasks.
You’ll also gain exposure to marketing activities, making this a great role for someone with a creative interest and strong writing skills, who is looking to build a career in client services, administration with an interest in marketing.
The Role
You’ll play a key part in keeping the office and client services function running smoothly, acting as a first point of contact while supporting both administrative and marketing tasks.
Duties will include:
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Client Services team
- Acting as a first point of contact for visitors and incoming enquiries
- Maintaining and updating records within the CRM system
- Supporting with website updates and content uploads
- Assisting with email campaigns and monitoring engagement
- Creating and scheduling social media content
- Coordinating the quarterly newsletter (proofreading and organising content)
- Liaising with internal teams, including marketing specialists
About You
This role would suit someone organised, proactive, and confident communicating with clients.
You’ll ideally have:
- 1–2 years’ experience in an office-based, customer service or administrative role
- Strong written communication and copywriting skills (English Grade B/5 or above preferred)
- A genuine interest in marketing and content creation
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confidence using systems (CRM or similar)
- Basic experience creating content (social posts, simple graphics, etc.) is beneficial
