Salary: £30,000 base + uncapped commission (realistic OTE £55,000)

We speak to people who have already shown interest in life insurance – so you’re not cold-calling random numbers. Your role is to listen, understand what (and who) they want to protect, and build a plan that gives them peace of mind.
What you’ll be doing:
This isn’t about reading a script like a robot. It’s about having proper conversations, with support behind you. You will:
- Talk to customers who are actively looking for life insurance
- Ask smart, open questions to understand their situation and what really matters to them
- Use structured scripts and tools as a backbone, while personalising each call so it feels natural and human
- Use your reading, active listening and attention to detail to pick up on the things they don’t always say out loud
- Provide the right protection plan so they feel confident their family and future are protected

Who this could be ideal for:
You don’t need sales experience. You might be:
- Coming from retail, hospitality, or customer service and ready to earn more
- Fresh out of college or uni and looking for a clear career path
