Daytime Healthcare are assisting a great national residential provider to recruit a Registered Manager for their stunning 4 bed (all en-suite) home.
This is an interim position that is for upto 6 months.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to oversee the operations of a supported living residence designed for individuals with learning disabilities, autism and complex behavior needs. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, management expertise, and a compassionate approach to resident care. This role involves ensuring high-quality support services, compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering a safe, respectful environment for residents. The Registered Manager will be responsible for managing staff, developing care plans, overseeing daily operations, and maintaining excellent communication with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
You must be an experienced CQC Registered Manager with either residential or supported living experience to be considered.
