Overview
At The Fordy Group, our service involves liaising with executives and clients in the USA to fill senior level roles. Over the past 10 years, our company has grown exponentially, and we're not slowing down. Currently we have 2 induction periods with just a couple more slots left! We're looking for the last round of ambitious, driven and relentless graduates.
Recruitment is not for everyone. With high reward comes high effort, and this role is suited to people who are extremely motivated by the prospect of big earnings. We like to be honest with applicants: This role isn't easy or your typical 9-5, this role can be grueling, but they pay off in the end is worth it. We have multiple consultants at the 2+ year mark earning more than £150k per annum, and there is nothing to stop that being you!
What will your day-to-day look like?
- Start the day with general admin and scheduled outreach
- LinkedIn campaigns to identify leading professionals in your market
- Utilize our modern communications software to plan bulk texts
- Arrange consistent outbound emails to attract talent in the background
- Carry out pre-booked called and meetings with candidates/clients
- Review, update & improve Executive's resume's
- Market mapping and research to stay ahead of the curve
So how does this make me money?
Clients see us as their backbone in hiring - we fill their most exclusive positions with ease, because we're experts in the field. As mentioned, we're working with executives here, so expect your candidates to be on 6 figure+ salaries. Once a candidate is successfully placed, you receive upcapped commission on a % of their salary!
You're in control of your earnings! Higher salary = higher commission!

What do we expect from you?
- At minimum a 2:2 Bachelor's degree from any discipline
