Role Overview:
The Sales Executive at CPS Generators will be responsible for driving new business growth while managing and nurturing existing client accounts. This role combines the responsibilities of identifying new opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with current clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and increasing revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Development:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in key sectors
- Develop and execute strategies to target new customers and grow CPS Generators' presence in new markets.
- Create and deliver tailored proposals to prospective clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through effective lead generation, pipeline management, and closing of new business.
- Cold Calling
- Account Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for existing accounts, ensuring strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and expand CPS Generators’ services and products to current clients.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction, acting as a liaison between the client and internal teams.
- Sales Strategy & Reporting:
- Work closely with the Sales Director to align business development activities with overall sales strategy.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project status in the CRM system.
- Provide regular updates and reports on progress towards sales targets, client feedback, and account growth.
