Prestbury House Care Home provides expert 24-hour residential, nursing and dementia care for up to 75 elderly residents in a beautifully decorated, modern care home. The home offers an array of modern amenities, including beautifully decorated bedrooms equipped with en-suite wet rooms, a selection of stylish lounges, restaurants, a hairdressing salon, leisure and wellness room, a private dining room and a private landscaped garden.

Care Assistant: 24, 36 or 48 hour contract for the Nights.
Shift Pattern: Nights, 8pm to 8am, including alternate weekends.

About the Role:
As a Care Assistant you will make a real difference in people's lives every day with a rewarding career. You will care for our residents as though they are your own family, ensuring the physical, social, mental and emotional wellbeing.
Daily responsibilities in this role include:
- Respect each resident as an individual, tailoring care to their personal needs and preferences according to their care plan.
- Support residents with daily living activities including; washing, toileting, dressing and grooming.
- Promote choice, dignity, and independence through person-centred care.
- Support residents during mealtimes and ensure they have access to food and refreshments whenever they wish
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families through kindness, empathy, and compassion with residents.
