### Key Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise a team of operatives on-site
* Carry out Tree work & vegetation management
* Plan and organise daily work schedules
* Ensure full compliance with health & safety standards
* Communicate effectively with clients and management
* Maintain equipment and vehicles to a high standard
* Complete site paperwork and risk assessments

### Requirements
* Proven experience in arboriculture and team leadership
* Relevant NPTC qualifications (e.g., CS30, CS31, CS38, CS39 or equivalent)
* Full UK driving licence (Category B minimum; B+E preferred)
* Good knowledge of health & safety practices
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
* Confidence in machinery operations

### Desirable
* Level 3 Arboriculture qualification or higher
* First Aid +F certification
* MEWP qualification
* Experience with commercial contracts
* CSCS card
