Let's Get Cooking – The Glass House, Hare Hatch Gardening Club
We’re looking for a friendly and hardworking chef to join our newly opened Glass House Restaurant, here at Hare Hatch Gardening Club.
This is a great opportunity to be part of a growing team in our welcoming, fast paced restaurant, where your input makes real impact.
About the Role:
You’ll be creating, preparing and cooking customer favourites, including:
- Show stopping carvery
- Popular dishes such as lasagnes, soups and daily specials.
- Cooked breakfasts and other breakfast favourites.
You’ll also :
- Manage food preparation within the required timeframes.
- Monitor stock levels and support with ordering.
- Maintain a clean, organised kitchen, putting food safety first, always.
- On a rotared basis, manage the kitchen operation, ensuring an efficient and safe operation.
