We are currently looking to expand our current team of tutors and courses, and are seeking experienced, qualified, and professional freelance (self employed) counselling tutors to teach on the following course in London.
Advanced Diploma in Counselling – NCPS Accredited (Level 4 equivalent) One weekend a month in London.
As one of our tutors, you’ll be so much more than just a teacher. Forming partnerships with your students, you’ll go the extra mile to build their confidence, develop their knowledge and skills, and empower them to achieve their goals.
You will prepare course materials, alongside a lesson plan provided, identify students' needs, adapt and continually assess the effectiveness of your approach.
Journal marking is paid separately.
The Heartwood team is made up of warm and friendly tutors and admin staff, who are all committed to doing an excellent job. The successful candidates will be wholeheartedly welcomed into the team - with training given.
This is an incredibly rewarding role, and we are looking for candidates with robust personalities, emotional intelligence, and a passion for self development.
Preferably you will have previously taught a counselling course.
Requirements
At least three years experience in counselling and psychotherapy, post qualification.
Qualifications in counselling and psychotherapy,at least to Level 5.
A teaching qualification.
A willingness to undertake some training.
