## Service Requirement Headline:
Carry out service in line with TGB policies and procedures, ensuring accurate data is reported and following best practice.
## Self Employed - Driver Associate Specification:
- Able to travel to and from base in Droitwich
- Adhere to safety guidelines onsite
- Load and unload goods safely from van
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure maximum effort when attempting deliveries
- Proceed with designated route as per handheld device navigation
- Take ownership of service provided and perform to service level
- Providing safe deliveries, while being respectful of delivery locations
- Report any incidents and ensure strong communications with TGB
- Provide a high level of customer service when with TGB's clients/partners, as well as the end clients/customers.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance before starting route and after route completion.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
- Able to lift packages up to 23kg
Payments:
Payment - 2 weeks in arrears and every Friday thereafter
- Day Rate of £126.00 (after deduction for van hire)
Payments are made via our partner 'Wise'
*** Document Requirements***
- Proof of Identification
- Must have Full UK driving license (No active IN, DR or TT codes)
- Right to work UK
You must be able to upload your documents to the Wise portal
*** TGB Offering***
- Routes and sequence via partner provided app
- Safety workwear (Excluding Safety Boots)
- Fuel covered for route
- Remote support throughout 9hrs
