We are seeking a caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Personal Assistant to support a friendly young man with severe disabilities to live an active and fulfilling life.
The role involves providing person-centred support with daily living activities, personal care, communication, social activities, and accessing the local community. The successful candidate will help promote independence, choice, dignity, and wellbeing while building a positive and respectful working relationship.
Key Responsibilities:

Providing support with personal care and daily routines
-
Assisting with mobility and transfers (training provided)

Supporting communication and social interaction
-
Accompanying the individual to appointments, activities, and outings
-
Assisting with meal preparation and light household tasks/cleaning
-
Maintaining accurate records where required
-
Ensuring the individual's safety, comfort, and wellbeing at all times
About You:

Kind, patient, and compassionate

Reliable and punctual
-
Able to work independently and as part of a wider support team
-
Good communication skills
-
Willing to learn and follow individual support plans
-
Previous care or support experience is desirable but not essential, as full training can be provided

Hold a full clean UK driving licence to drive accessible vehicle

Non smoker
