Trainee Paraplanner Accountabilities
The successful candidate will provide technical and research support to the Financial Planners, assisting with the delivery of high-quality advice to clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assessing client fact finds, attitude to risk and adviser proposals.
- Conducting fund and product research across investments, pensions and protection.
- Preparing detailed and compliant suitability reports in clear, client-friendly language.
- Assisting advisers in formulating financial plans and strategies.
- Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring compliance with internal processes.
- Handling new business and reviews on existing.
Trainee Paraplanner Requirements
- This role would suit an experienced Financial Planning Administrator keen to take the next step into a more technical role.
- Ideally candidates will be able to demonstrate a good level of understanding of pensions, investments and protection.
- Ideally you will be part way through the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
- Be highly IT literate with a professional and polished approach.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with colleagues and clients.
