Responsibilities
- Deliver a range of aesthetic treatments such as facials, skin rejuvenation, and other Medispa services with professionalism and care
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored advice and solutions
- Maintain a clean, organised treatment area in compliance with health and safety standards
- Build rapport with clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat bookings
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and techniques through continuous professional development
- Manage appointments efficiently whilst ensuring a smooth client experience
- Promote additional treatments or products where appropriate to maximise client satisfaction and business growth
Qualifications
- Proven experience in makeup application, skincare, or aesthetic treatments is desirable
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Strong communication skills to clearly explain treatment options and aftercare instructions
- Ability to work independently under rental or commission arrangements while maintaining high standards of professionalism
- A friendly, approachable demeanour with a genuine passion for helping clients look and feel their best
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in beauty therapy or aesthetics are advantageous but not essential for all roles
