Multi-Skilled Night Engineer
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum
Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off Nights (8:00pm – 8:00am)

We are currently seeking Multi-Skilled Night Engineers to join a dedicated on-site engineering team. Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a wide range of building services systems.
- Maintain and fault-find on HVAC equipment, including Air Handling Units (AHUs) and Fan Coil Units (FCUs).
- Monitor and operate Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Diagnose and repair faults on mechanical and electrical plant and equipment.
- Carry out maintenance on temperature control systems and associated equipment.
- Ensure all plant and equipment operates safely and efficiently.
- Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergency call-outs.
- Complete maintenance records, reports, and compliance documentation accurately.
- Work closely with the wider engineering team to ensure seamless site operations.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, permit-to-work procedures, and site policies.
Requirements
- Experience working as a Multi-Skilled Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, HVAC Engineer, or Building Services Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, AHUs, FCUs, temperature controls, and BMS systems.
- Experience carrying out both PPM and reactive maintenance within commercial, critical, or high-profile environments.
- F-Gas qualification is highly desirable.
- City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2/3 qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, or Building Services Engineering.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
