We're currently recruiting for Support Workers to provide support to our vulnerable adults in a domiciliary care setting. Applicants must be aged 18 or above to work as a Support Worker.
We pay 15 minutes travel time each client visited throughout the working day. No sleeps are required in our domiciliary services.

Our Support Workers play a vital role in day-to-day life, from assisting with daily living skills and accessing the community, to supporting social activities and planning trips. Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support in line with individual support plans
- Promote independence, dignity and respect at all times
- Support with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, shopping and budgeting
- Assist individuals to access the community and social activities
- Maintain accurate daily records and documentation
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, families and professionals
- Follow safeguarding and health & safety procedures
Additional Information
Due to the nature of the role, there may be exposure to challenging behaviour, manual handling tasks, medication administration and passive smoke environments. Appropriate training and ongoing support will be provided to ensure staff can carry out their duties safely and confidently.
