We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The successful candidate will lead kitchen operations, prepare high-quality dishes, maintain food safety standards, and support the development of junior staff. This role requires strong leadership, creativity, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Duties
- Supervise and support kitchen staff during service
- Prepare and present dishes to a high standard
- Manage stock, ordering, and kitchen cleanliness
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Control food costs and minimise waste
- Assist with menu development and special events
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Chef in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong cooking and food preparation skills
- Team leadership or supervisory experience
- Good knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Organised, reliable, and passionate about food
