Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in bartending and team management, with a passion for hospitality and culinary excellence.
We are a busy craft beer, music and food Based pub. Knowledge in craft beers or the local music scene a big bonus.
Duties
- Supervise and manage bar staff, ensuring efficient operation and adherence to company policies.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Maintain a clean and organised bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints or feedback in a professional manner to ensure satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws and regulations within the hospitality sector.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in bartending with a strong knowledge of beverages especially craft beers and Cider.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry is essential.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
