A welcoming and community-focused primary school in Camden is seeking a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team from September for the full academic year. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH and behavioural difficulties across Early Years, Key Stage 1 and potentially Lower Key Stage 2.

The Role - Primary SEN Teaching Assistant:
- Providing 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs
- Delivering targeted interventions and small group support
- Supporting children with Autism, ADHD, SEMH and behavioural needs
- Working closely with class teachers, the SENCO and external professionals
- Promoting positive behaviour, emotional regulation and engagement in learning
- Supporting pupils primarily within Early Years and Key Stage 1, with opportunities to work in Lower Key Stage 2

The Ideal Candidate - Primary SEN Teaching Assistant:
- Previous experience supporting children with SEN in a school, nursery or similar setting
- Understanding of Autism, ADHD, SEMH and behavioural needs
- Patient, resilient and proactive approach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
- Reliability and punctuality is a must
