Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 4:00pm
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our growing field sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a long-term career within a successful and expanding home improvement company.
The role involves speaking face-to-face with homeowners, promoting our range of windows, doors and home improvement products, and booking appointments for our experienced sales consultants. There is no selling involved – your role is simply to introduce our company and arrange appointments.
Whether you have previous sales experience or come from a customer service, retail or hospitality background, we provide full training from day one.
What you'll be doing:
- Meeting at our office in Waldron Court, Loughborough each morning at 9:30am.
- Attending a short morning team meeting before heading out.
- Travelling in a company vehicle to designated working areas.
- Working alongside an experienced team member throughout the day.
- Speaking with homeowners and booking appointments for our sales team.
- Taking a lunch break at around 1:00pm before continuing until 4:00pm.
- Returning to the office at the end of the day.
