We need a dynamic, multi-skilled team member to be part of our Operations Team with a keen eye for detail to work along with our Installation & Manufacturing teams to deliver incredible playground installation projects.
This is a key role within the Operations Team, driving a coordinated, highly efficient, effective and respected approach to project management activities.
You must also be committed to making a difference to children’s lives, through outdoor play spaces through the projects that you deliver. You will drive success through your organisational and project delivery skills.

About You
You will need to be confident, organised and proactive to ensure the smooth coordination of live projects, and the day-to-day operational administration. This is a varied role suited to somebody who enjoys working in a busy environment and excels at communicating with different teams across our business and can keep accurate records.
Job overview
The successful candidate will work directly alongside, and report to the Operations Manager. This interactive and engaging role will involve the supervision and coordination of all installations from the beginning stages through to completion.
The individual will work with the design team, the project management team, and the client to ensure that all jobs run smoothly, are completed on time, are to the customer’s satisfaction and within budget.
This diverse role will involve nationwide travel in order to deliver outstanding project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Project Managers across multiple projects.
- Contact clients by phone and email with regular project updates and progress reports.
- Liaise professionally with clients, suppliers, site teams and internal departments, including design, operations, production and accounts.
- Prepare and maintain project folders, project documentation, RAMS and site packs.
- Update CRM and project management systems, including Monday, Act and project planner boards.
- Process product orders, arrange dispatch and place orders via SAGE where required.
- Extract and prepare data for site quotes, manufacturing orders and reporting.
- Organise training, DBS applications and renewals for relevant team members.
- Book pre-start meetings, accommodation and other arrangements for site teams.
- Maintain accurate operational records, including labour schedules, snagging logs and daily site team updates.
- Support reception and switchboard duties, including answering, transferring and recording incoming calls.
- Allocate uniforms, PPE and access fobs for new starters and site operatives where required.
- Coordinate diaries for the Contracts Manager and Operations Director.
- Provide general data entry and administrative support for operations and production.
- Support web orders and reseller communications.
- Carry out additional ad hoc duties to support the wider project and operations teams.
