Long Stratton Leisure Centre are looking for a new Assistant Centre Manager to join our amazing team!
Boasting an 80-station state of the art gym, studio, Café, Soft play, E-Gym, Multi-functional Sports Hall, and a 9-a-side 3G Pitch, we are looking for a strong leader with new ideas to continue the growth at the centre and assist with new projects.
The successful candidate will pride themselves on delivering outstanding customer service, operating a busy centre with safety top of their priority list and managing a diverse team of staff.
With the centre being open early mornings, late evenings and weekends, we will need flexibility with working patterns and shift work to operate the business needs.

Post holders will work a combination of early, day and late shifts over a seven-day period to accommodate the centre’s opening hours on a rota basis.
