Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paraplanner to join our financial services team in Manchester city centre. Duties
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and documentation to support client meetings and planning sessions.
- Conduct analysis of client financial data to assist in developing tailored financial plans.
- Assist with the organisation and maintenance of client records using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Contribute to the development of financial strategies by gathering relevant information and performing preliminary research.
- Liaise effectively with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on service progress.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies in all documentation and communication.
Requirements
- Proven experience in report writing, analysis skills, and organisational abilities within an IFA practice
- Knowledge of financial services, financial planning processes, and related regulations is essential
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with IT systems used in financial planning is essential. .
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively under pressure.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy in all work outputs.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
This role is hybrid with 2 days at home per week.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: Up to £55,000.00 per year
