My client is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their well-established and highly regarded Residential Property Department in Bolton. The Role
You will be responsible for managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion, handling a broad range of transactions including:
- Residential sales and purchases
- Freehold and leasehold transactions
- Remortgages
- Shared ownership matters
- New build purchases
- Help to Buy transactions
- Lease extensions and variations
- Transfers of equity
- Matrimonial transfers
- Equity release matters
This is an ideal opportunity for a confident fee earner who enjoys autonomy while working within a collaborative and supportive team environment.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer (CLC) or FCILEx status
- Ideally 5+ years' residential conveyancing experience
- Proven experience managing a full residential property caseload independently
- Strong technical knowledge across a wide range of conveyancing matters
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- The ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and introducers
- A proactive and commercially minded approach

Full-time, Monday to Friday
9:00am – 5:15pm
