As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll support our Warehouse Team Leaders to ensure the safe, smooth, and efficient running of our Lichfield warehouse. Your day-to-day will include:
- Completing tasks accurately and efficiently, always aiming for high standards
- Proactively looking for your next task—no standing still here.
- Identifying and reporting stock discrepancies quickly
- Supporting and encouraging your teammates to create a positive working environment
- Playing an active role in team meetings and planning
- Ensuring goods-in and goods-out processes run smoothly and on time
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and safe at all times
- Following health & safety procedures and reporting any concerns promptly
- A team-focused mindset with a positive, can-do attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work towards targets and KPIs
- Good communication skills and ability to use your initiative
- Previous warehouse experience (2+ years ideal)
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- FLT experience

You'll be working Monday-Friday 14:00-22:30, 40 hours per week.
