Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team. Duties
- Prepare and analyse cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for various construction projects.
- Monitor project costs throughout the lifecycle, identifying potential overruns and implementing cost control measures.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and verify quantities of materials used.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients to negotiate prices and contractual terms.
- Prepare detailed reports on project financial status for senior management and stakeholders.
- Assist in the procurement process by evaluating tenders and awarding contracts based on cost efficiency and quality.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and environmental regulations throughout all project phases.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions related to each project.
