Operations Coordinator Location: Ashford, Surrey
Type: Permanent | Full-Time (Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum

The Opportunity
We’re partnering with a fast-growing supplies company based in Ashford, Surrey to recruit a reliable and proactive Operations Coordinator. This is a dynamic and varied role, ideal for someone with strong organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills — especially when it comes to supporting operations and coordinating with internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate transport arrangements – support logistics by handling transport-related issues, reroutes, or last-minute changes
- Respond to incoming calls, emails, and job orders, ensuring tasks are actioned promptly.
- Process and manage new jobs/work orders from creation to completion.
- Generate equipment-related jobs and log them to the correct accounts.
- Order stock from suppliers and manage basic inventory requests.
- Oversee deal completion and assist in general operational support tasks.
- Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

What You’ll Need
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a coordination, logistics, transport or administration role
- Confident multitasker with strong organisational and planning skills.
- Excellent communication – both written and verbal.
- Comfortable using IT systems; Excel experience is highly desirable.
- High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
