Reporting to: On site Catering Manager
Payrate: £14.00 per hours
Shift Pattern: Mon, Thurs, Sun 06:00 - 14:00 22.5 hours per week
catering supervisor. must be flexible. hours and days may change weekly. weekends and Bank Holidays included

Job Role and Purpose:
- Ensure full area of responsibility is clean, appropriately presented and stocked, at all times within the required service windows
- Ensure thorough and up to date knowledge and understanding of menu and special offers in order to provide relevant information to customers and clients.
- Responsible for the smooth operation of relevant equipment reporting any maintenance issues in line with procedures.
- To operate the till point as required throughout service, ensuring correct procedures are used.
- Ensure all complaint handling is dealt with professionally and in line with procedures.
- To ensure COSHH, Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and any incidents are reported in line with procedures.
- To maintain confidentiality and security at all times.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in catering and food service environments
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and practices
- Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on guest services
- Ability to prepare and present food items in an appealing manner
- Previous experience in restaurants or hotels is preferable
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities in a fast-paced setting
