Job Description
CAPRA SERVICES LIMITED is recruiting experienced and reliable self-employed housekeeping cleaners to support a prestigious client portfolio across Central London.
This is a self-employed, part-time opportunity. Successful applicants will work as independent contractors and will be responsible for managing their own tax and National Insurance obligations.
The work will involve cleaning and maintaining high-end commercial premises, luxury residential properties and private villas. We are looking for professional cleaners who understand the importance of attention to detail, discretion and consistently high standards when working in premium environments.
Shift availability will depend on client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning and maintaining luxury residential and commercial properties
- Carrying out general housekeeping duties to a high standard
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, communal areas and workspaces
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping and sanitising surfaces
- Changing bed linen and preparing rooms where required
- Maintaining cleanliness in private villas and high-end residential properties
- Reporting maintenance issues, damage or supply shortages promptly
- Using cleaning products and equipment safely
- Respecting client privacy and maintaining confidentiality at all times
Requirements
- Previous professional housekeeping or cleaning experience is essential
- Experience in luxury residential properties, private homes, hotels or premium commercial premises is preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual and well-presented
- Professional, polite and discreet
- Able to work independently and follow instructions
- Flexible availability, including weekdays and occasional weekends
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Able to provide references where required
- Must be comfortable working on a self-employed contractor basis
