To deliver Carpet and flooring to customers in a professional way and on time Driving in a professional and safe manner.
Principal Accountabilities -
Doing Daily vehicle checks and report to transport office daily at the start of working day. To ensure Health and Safety requirements of the company are met within the department
- Competing daily walk around checks to ensure Vehicle is ready to do the day's work
- Making sure that they kept to all speed limits and are compliant with daily driving hours ( under EU regs)
- Make sure Vehicle is clean and tidy at end of your shift
- Making sure drivers card/ CPC card and license is kept up to date
- Reporting accidents with in 24hrs

- Vehicle defect reporting
- Loading/unloading carpets in to customers shops/warehouse
- Driving in a professional manner
- Washing/fuelling vehicle for next person/day
- Making sure all paper work is up to date and filled in right

- LGV license for class of vehicle driving
