Job Title: Heat Pump Installer (Permanent & Subcontracting positions available)
Locations: Norwich
Permanent Roles: £45,000 – £80,000+ per year – Van, Fuel Card, Annual Leave + Company Benefits
Sub-contracted Roles: £2,000 – £5,000 per week, paid every Friday
The Role:
We are looking for experienced Heat Pump (ASHP) Installers with a strong background in plumbing and heating systems to join our growing team.
This role is focused on the installation of Air Source Heat Pumps and associated heating systems within domestic properties. You will be working on projects across social housing and private residential homes on behalf of energy suppliers and contractors.

We have opportunities available on both a permanent and self-employed basis:
- Heat Pump Installation: Carrying out full ASHP installations, including system upgrades, cylinder installs, and heating system integration (labour-only teams welcome)
- Commissioning & Handover: Ensuring systems are installed, tested, and handed over in line with manufacturer and compliance standards
What You’ll Need:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience installing Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP)
- Strong background in plumbing and heating installations
- Proven track record of full system installs (not just servicing or maintenance)
- BPEC Renewable qualification
- Plumbing & Heating qualifications
- ACS Gas qualifications
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to work independently or as part of an installation team
