We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Area Representative to join us in Newcastle and surrounding areas in the North East of England. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and fostering strong relationships with clients within your designated area.
About The Company:
Mealzo is one of the largest hospitality services providers in the United Kingdom. We supply and maintain EPOS (electronic point of sale) systems, self-ordering kiosks and other related technologies to help our partners in the hospitality industry accurately manage and boost their profitability.
We also provide them with their very own branded website and mobile apps, alongside our food portal for customers to use to place orders. With our 0% commission policy, our partners keep all their orders profit, while paying us for our services.
Our clients range from large franchises down to your local takeaway round the corner. Due to our continued growth, we require an additional Installation engineer to keep up with our ever-growing business.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in your assigned area to drive sales growth.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement effective sales initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using organisational tools.
- Communicate regularly with management regarding market trends, client feedback, and potential areas for improvement.
- Manage your time efficiently to ensure all client visits and follow-ups are conducted as scheduled.
Experience
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the IT sector or a related field.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a commitment to meeting client needs.
- Highly organised with strong time management abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication skills.
- A valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate travel within the designated area.
Requirements:
- Ability to work 37.5 Hours a week, 5 days over 7 minimum.
- A clean driving license
- Previous experience of sales
- Bilinguals are highly considered due to the background of majority of our hard working clients
- A desire to learn and expand their knowledge
- Team players but can self manage and plan alone when needed
- Hard workers, ability to stay overtime when tasks demand
- Keeping company assets in clean working order
- Own vehicle
