Digital Systems Officer – ICT (Power Platform / Data & Automation)
Location: Carmarthenshire (travel across multiple sites required)
Pay Rate: PAYE £16.62 per hour | Umbrella £21.60 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary (Agency cover – long-term sickness)
Hours: 37 hours per week
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00
Start Date: 1st July 2026
End Date: 29th September 2026
Seven Resourcing are recruiting for a Digital Systems Officer (ICT) to support digital systems, automation, and data reporting functions within a busy ICT environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ICT professional with experience in Power Platform tools, automation workflows, and data visualisation, looking for a varied role supporting digital transformation and system efficiency improvements.
The role involves working across multiple sites within Carmarthenshire, supporting operational teams with digital solutions and system enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of digital systems and applications
- Build and manage workflows using Power Automate
- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Assist with system improvements and digital transformation initiatives
- Provide ICT support across multiple depots and office locations
- Troubleshoot system issues and support end users
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve data processes and efficiency
- Ensure accurate and secure handling of data in line with ICT policies
Requirements
- Experience working in an ICT / Digital Systems role
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI)
- Ability to build and maintain automated workflows and reporting tools
- Understanding of data systems, reporting, and digital process improvement
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to travel across multiple sites within Carmarthenshire
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- ICT qualification or equivalent experience desirable
