Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality haircuts tailored to individual clients
- Provide personalised consultations.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the barbering area and tools
- Build strong relationships with clients through friendly, professional communication
- Keep up-to-date with the latest hair styling techniques and trends
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to minimise wait times
- Ensure all equipment is well-maintained and properly sanitised after each use
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a barber with ability to do a range of haircuts including longer hair and scissor cuts.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage clients professionally
- Strong communication skills in English, capable of understanding client needs clearly
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Organised with good time management skills to handle multiple appointments effectively
- Relevant barbering qualifications or certifications are preferred but not essential for highly experienced candidates
Pay: From £13.00 per hour
