North West with further travel on occasion
Package
- Up to £47,000
- 37.5 hours per week
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Additional 1 day holiday awarded after 2 years of service ( Up to a maximum of 5 additional days based on length of service )
- Travel after the first 30 minutes each way
- £40 overnight allowance plus £25 meal allowance (couple of days a month)
- Currently 1 week in every 5 weeks
- Company Van withPrivate use included ( 100 miles per month free for personal use )
About us:
We are a North West based Building Service company, specialising in Commercial Gas, Electrical and Plumbing works. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Gas Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out commercial gas installation, servicing, maintenance, fault finding, and repair works across a range of commercial and industrial sites .
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repair of commercial gas systems and associated plant.
- Diagnose and repair faults efficiently and effectively.
- Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) works.
- Ensure all works are completed in accordance with current regulations and company standards.
- Accurately complete job sheets, reports, and certification.
- Maintain excellent communication with clients and internal teams.
- Participate in the on-call rota.
- Travel to customer sites as required.
- Work independently and as part of a wider engineering team.
Qualifications / Experience:
- Domestic Gas qualification (CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, G3 UNVENTED)
- Commercial Gas Qualifications (COCN1, CDGA1, CIGA1, CORT1, TPCP1A, TPCP1,ICPN1 )
- Minimum 3 years recent experience working on Commercial Gas Equipment
- Driver’s Licence
