We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic person to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, staying active, and being part of a welcoming gym environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working behind reception and being the first point of contact for members
- Welcoming, assisting, and chatting with members to ensure they have a great experience
- Helping members with their enquiries, bookings and general support
- Clearing away and organising weights and equipment after use
- Ensuring reception and the gym floor are kept clean and tidy and presentable at all times.
Ideal Candidate:
- Has a positive, can-do attitude
- Friendly, chatty and confident engaging with members
- Flexible with working hours and days (including evenings/weekends if required)
- Takes Pride in keeping the gym clean and organised
