Duties
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes following standard recipes
- Oversee kitchen operations and manage food preparation activities
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow
- Create innovative menu items and special dishes
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in culinary skills
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a professional kitchen or pizza restaurant setting
- Proficiency in culinary techniques and meal preparation
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Formal culinary qualifications are desirable but not essential
